Dr. Desta Golden, ND, MS is a naturopathic physician with midwifery training and a Master’s degree in human nutrition. She uses natural medicine approaches to help Moms grow healthy families and navigate the special stage of life from preconception through pregnancy and postpartum, and into the early years of childhood. Her signature specialty and pet passion is optimizing infant food introduction and nutrition in the first 1000 days of life. She and her husband are raising a healthy family of their own with their three children and a flock of backyard chickens.
